This is a 3 day course running in January 2020 on the following dates. Delegates can choose if they would like to attend day 1, 2 or all 3 dates:

Information on the Course
Day 1: An Introduction to transoesophageal echocardiography in congenital heart disease with hands-on Heartworkssimulator training.
Days 2 and 3: 2D TOE (lectures, simulator demonstration) and 3D TOE (Qlab3D post processing) for major CHD lesions:
- atrial septal defects
- ventricular septal defects
- mitral valve
- tricuspid valve
- AVSD
- Aortic Valve
- LV outflow tract
Target Audience
Doctors and Physiologists of any rank.
Faculty
Attending consultants include, Prof.John Simpson, Dr Owen Miller, Dr KuberanPushparajah and Dr Sujeev Mathur.
Attending physiologists include, Mrs Karolina Hall, Dr Saleha Kabir and Miss Alex Savis.

Internal staff ticket information
This course has a fee attached to it. Staff have the option to pay directly online or by invoice. If you wish to be invoiced, please use the cross-charge form attached to this page to allow a transfer of funds between departments. Your place will be classed as reserved until the cross-charge form has been completed and returned to Evelina Education. The invoice option is at your manager’s discretion. Cross-charge forms must be completed by yourself with your manager cc’d in confirming authorisation of transfer or entry will be denied.
External ticket information
External delegates have the option to pay directly online or by invoice. If you wish to be invoiced, please complete the booking agreement form attached to this page. Your place will be classed as reserved until the booking agreement form has been completed and returned to Evelina Education. Please note, a Purchase Order (PO) number must be attached to the form if you are from an NHS organisation in order for Evelina Education to generate an invoice to your organisation. All forms must be returned prior to the event or entry will be denied.
Eligibility
The Evelina Education Team reserve the right to not admit anyone in possession of the wrong ticket. All delegates must be eligible to attend GSTT courses, and the Evelina Education Team reserve the right to not admit anyone who has not shown evidence of a valid visa, work permit and work ID.
